How to stress dose for flu?

Hi,

I read a post that said for a cold you would stress dose about 20mg extra

Isocort for the first stress dose, then 5 extra thereafter. I did that today

for the flu and it helped immensely, but I'm wondering if I should stress dose

on the bedtime dose of Isocort. Do I add two Isocort to the one I usually take

at bedtime?

For the flu you can take up to 80mg of HC daily so wiht Isocort dose

VERY freely!
