If it is causing symptoms then your overall dosing is too low. You

should noteven need a HC dose wiht each dose of T3.

I HAVE to take some HC with every dose of t-3 or I will get adrenal

pain, shaking, etc. I DO have shakiness most days. I know the HC

isn't too high b/c my non-fasting blood sugar is 106. How do I find

out if I need to raise the HC?

Follow the method outlined at www.drrind.com for graphing your temps do

ti for a week and compare the day to day averages.

Ok, I am taking the temps. One other question, will someone have any

shakiness if taking a good dose of hc and thyroid?
