Guest guest
>>I'm on my 3rd phase of the switch from Levo to Armour and holding at 1 1/2 grains. I'm still having hyper symptoms starting in the afternoon- (shakiness, palps, shortness of breath, diarrhea) so I put off raising the Armour. I'm already at 30 mg. HC and need to raise Armour. Any suggestions?<< How are you dosing the HC? -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
I would go to 10 - 7.5 - 7.5 - 5 and addin anoth er2.5 in between the last two doses or if the last dose is not at bedtime add the 2.5mg then, -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

I felt very hypo all day - better than being hypo and hyper-- This morning however, hyper symptoms were back although I did the exact same thing Thursday night. Also was very drowsy, along with palps this morning after taking HC and Armour and fell asleep instead of going to work. > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >
Guest guest
As the HC works better for you it will make you fdeel the hypo a bit more till you are optimal on thyroid. The hyper sensationss are what you need toy try to avoid by changing HC dosing. Hypoer whne on too low a dose of thyroid is an adrenaline feeling caused by low cortisol. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

But, I got hyper today by having low cortisol, although I dosed the same the day before. Does that mean that I should increase the HC every day until I have no hyper symptoms? And with that, how should I know when it's time to finally increase the Armour to relieve the hypo? Thanks. > -- > Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV > > http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ > http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/ >

Use the method described at www.drrind.com to take temps three times a day and average them. If they are fluctuating more than .2 from one day to the next then your over all HC dose is still too low to tolerate more thyroid. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
