Guest guest
PS can lower cortils thta is too high but it improves respobnsiveness to the HPA which is basically what you want. I would TRY htis it sounds liek a plausible routine but if in a month you are not feeling noticabkly better I woudld certainly inform them of this and see about a differnt protocol. Your sodium looks low to me wiht a highish potassium so I would add Celtic Sea Salt to your daily routine a it helps support adrenlas in many ways. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
ok took 1 dose last night (actually less than a dose, just the size of a toothpick) woke up this morning 3lbs heavier, breast swollens etc. I guess the progesterone cream isn't for me? I feel like a whale - puffy all over. That being said, I woke up this morning at 8am and my basal was 98.6 - wow.(Not from adrenaline though ... ). My doc, who specializes in bioidentical hormones said i don't need progesterone, however i have all the pms symptoms in the book. I think the water retention is from higher aldosterone but i am so uncomfortable i dont want to take the cream. Guest guest
I am always VERY leery of a combo creme such as this as hirmones MUST be individually adjusted asn this cream makes htis impossible. How do oyu knw which of the MANY ingredients is causing the problem? You certainyl cannot try one at a time to rule them out. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://www.seewell4less.com/Valspage.htm Medical Alert Bracelets
Guest guest
I very much agree. I always have insisted on separating my hormones so I can adjust doses if needed. I wonder if tha is the phosphatridylserine - doesnt that lower cortisol? Perhaps i should just take it in the evening instead of upon rising and at 6pm?. I also felt a little nauseaus: Per 1/4 tsp application: Phosphatridylserine 33mg l-tyrosine 19mg DIM 9mg pregnenelone 8mg dhea 1mg coral calcium 654mcg magnesium 654mcg potassium 192mcg phosphorus 58mcg sodium gluconate 29mcg zinc gluconate 29mcg ALA Avena Sativa L-Taurine > > Ok, my saliva tests from sabre sciences are here: > > CORTISOL - > 8AM 7.23 (3.5 - 6.3) > NOON 1.83 (1.4 - 2.8) > 4PM 1.87 (0.8 -2.4) > 8PM 1.50 (0.6 - 1.6) > MIDNIGHT 0.90 (0.3 - 1.2) > 4AM 1.62 ( 0.3 - 1.7) > > DHEA-S > 8AM 6.1 (2.8-12.7) > 8PM 3.0 (2.7 - 9.0) > MIDNIGHT 5.1 (1.8 - 8.1) > > SODIUM (SALIVA 4PM) 10 (5.2 - 30.8) > POTASSIUM 26.7 (3.7 - 31) > CHLORIDE 25 (16 - 35) > > Comments: > Phase 2 adrenal maladaption. Guest guest
Yes between PS adn magnesium adn Pregnenolone this cream would pout me out as well. But i would ask the doctor first. I dislike these combo creams as they are so inflexible on dosing! -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
