hypo 'swings'?

i'm know i'm not alone with having hypo/af for a much longer time and

being misdiagnosed until finally thinking i'm getting it right now but

wondered if others also had periods in their life of being hypo and

then from certain therapies (in my case the birth control pill had

helped a couple times) got better over time for months to years and

have hypo return on and off throughout life?

if so, why/how does this happen? is this a process of hypo/hyper with

hashi's until you get to a point that your thyroid is exhausted? maybe

i had helped address adrenal fatigue which in turn helped hypo? i just

wonder how it could get better without thryoid treatment at times only

to come back again with a vengeance and hope now armour will keep it

at bay once i reach my optimal dose.
