I'm very symptomatic but am trying to find out if FT4 is like some things in that it should be _??____ part of the range? Does anyone know? Or does it just need to be within range? Guest guest Posted March 8, 2008 Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 If your range is .8 - 1.8, you want your FT4 close to 1.4. Greater than that could mean your dose is too high or you're got a reverse T3 problem. Less than 1.2 means you could probably stand a dose increase.
