Guest guest
As long as it is unrefined the color matters not, but if you get other than Celtic I would avoid any that is really white as that is usually refined. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
>>The salt is technically for aldosterone deficiency isn't it? << No! The sea salt replaces trace minerals that we do nto get elsewhere and the mixture is identical to our intrcellular fluid in our bodies. so ti si not evn JUST the sodium we are taking it for . -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
As this is not an iodine list and I am nto an iodine expert, I really cn;t offer any opinion. I have seen iodine both help and hurt people. Personally I am scared of it and unless oyu KNOW you are deficient wiht a loading test, I would not take it. The amount of iodione in sea sal tis minute but it si there as a trace mineral. I personally feel if we are on enough thyroid meds we are gettign the iodine we need. Thyroid is made of iodine molecules. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
Anita, If you want to pay for the fine ground go for it. Most of us use the light gray and grind in a ceramic salt grinder, as metal will rust. That said my friend bought whole peppercorns in a small glass container with a plastic grinder on top and put the salt gave her in that. She paid $1.00 for it at the Dollar Tree, and it works just fine. From: anita dean Ok and sorry to be so specific, but does it matter if it is the Light Grey or the Fine Ground? Thanks! Guest guest
>>So what exactly are the benefits of taking the celtic sea salt? What improvements in symptoms have people noticed? I use celtic sea salt as my table and cooking salt but don't take any extra at this point.<< Proper soium balance in the body. You will hydrate your cells rather than retain fluid in the wrong places. It helps lower high BP and maintain normal BP. It helps wiht night vision! It gives your body all the trace minerals not found in the right amounts in foods. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
