Don't forget the sea salt. It might be your sodium/potassium balance. I, too

stay dehydrated, and I drink a gallon a day. The cardiologist actually said to

me today, " you don't drink much water, do you? " ....I said yes, I drink a gallon

a day.....and have for years....I don't think he believed me.....he actually

told me that my not wanting to be on pharmaceutical drugs and preferring to

take a natural approach was " absurd " ....he took my blood pressure and it was 150

over 100. I've always had low blood pressure. I told him that HE was raising my

blood pressure.....We had a 10 minute discussion about Armour and his opinion

that Synthroid is pure and highly superior......not worth wasting my time

talking to him, makes me have chest pains just thinking about it......I do,

however, have to go take a stress test on the 14th...

I think it's wise to line up someone of like mind who can run

interference for you if ever you are in this position. Someone who is

able & willing to jump in and question AUTHORITY. Someone who can do

the research, too, if need be. Val, after all you've given to this

community, there must be someone in your entourage who would be happy

to step in.
