Guest guest
Thank you. I saw an Endocrinologist yesterday and I am SOOOO glad that I've read enough here and elsewhere to not be knocked down when she told me my hypothyroid symptoms couldn't possibly be related to my thyroid because my thyroid levels were perfect (besides >1000 for antibodies.) I asked her what she could tell me about thryroid hormone resistance and she stated it wasn't possible given my FE levels. Thank God for people like you guys who do share hope. Some days it just really gets to me. By the way, this Endo was so obviously hypo. Hair was extremely thin and skin was so dry it was gray. It made me wonder why she wasn't able to help herself. Beth [sPAM][sPAM] Re: Help - Severe ACE Reaction Plenty of hope. You might hear a lot of problems on these lists. That is because the sick ones are still here asking questions and getting better. The well ones are better and off having a life. I was very ill, kept hypo for many years, menopausal, Hashi's, toasted adrenals. I can't tell you how much better I feel with Armour, HC, and BRHT. Healing does happen here ... a lot. Darla > > I found out I have Hashimoto's (amonth ago) and am waiting for my saliva results. Reading this stuff is making me scared to death. Does anyone get better? All signs point to adrenals as well plus perimenopause symptoms increasing. Is there any hope? > > Beth >

Like the only doctor here who bills himself as treating thyroid problems, who has a bald office nurse. And I do mean BALD, like 3 wisps of hair on her head. You'd think they'd get a clue. You'd think the nurse would do some research and get herself a clue. But they don't. This is why I don't have a doctor and am self-treating. I had no choice, other than to remain very sick. BTW, I am one that gives cortisol and thyroid a scary name here. It has been very difficult for me to begin to get balanced, and find my way. But as bad as my posts sound sometimes, I have improved. When I can't see it myself, I have asked my DH and he says I am getting better, LOL. So take his word for it! sol
