hi Pam - if you don't mind my asking, who is your doctor? I am also in

England and frustrated with the inability of private docs to do

anything outside the NHS. Could you send me an email letting me know

your doc's name?

Sorry I missed your post. My doctor is Myhill www.drmyhll.com.

She is excellent and has helped me a lot in giving me the steroids that

I so need.

She is excellent and has helped me a lot in giving me the steroids that
