Over the past month or so, I have been steadily gaining weight. I

have tried adding in some walkiong for the past two weeks, not really

intense, just a daily walk 20-30 minutes about 5 days a week.

Last bloodwork was about 3 weeks ago and showed my T3 and T4 levels

were good, with supressed TSH. So I think I am on the correct dose

of thyroid. I dsose my Armour throughout the day so I am getting a

better level of T3 in my system.

Cortisol levels were higher than 3-6 months ago, but still needing a

bit more support in the morning (labs showed a 15 or so). I have

continued to take celtic sea salt, ashwaghanda, and Isocort

(dose=4,3,2,2).

I ahve also been taking Iodoral (up to 50-100 mg/day) with

improvement in energy, 200mcg Selenium, 750 mg Magnesium, a good

multivitamin, Fish oil, and vitamin e.

I am stumped. The weight keeps piling on. I have gained about 10

lbs in the past 2 weeks or so, with an additional 5-7 lbs in the two

weeks prior to that. 17 lbs in a month!

What am I doing wrong?
