Guest guest
I do axillary for basal temps when I take them and orally during the day to average for adrenals. I think a big thing is to be consistent in how you do it for adrenals so you can tell if there is fluctuation. Rie A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort. Herm Albright > This question keeps coming up in my mind. Guest guest
Do you take axillary for first thing in the morning as basal temp for thyroid? I have been taking axillary for my day temps too. I was under the impression if we take it axillary it is okay as long as we do it that way always. If axillary is a degree lower should you be minusing before deciding to raise thyroid. Example... My doc said if temp was 97 I would need to raise my T3 dose. I am so confused now. Any help would be appreciated...
