Need help with lab results

Recently posting on a STTM on posted my labs...My ? today is that the

Dr. (last appt) put me on a yeast elimination diet. Because I tested

positive in one of 3 results. So I am using the Body Guard, Skeaky

clean, and acidophilus...But he also gave me an adrenal rebuilder .

I am on DHEA, Idoral12.50mg once a day now. progestrome.

I feel that the adrenal are a issue here but why he would not suggest

or prescribe a cortisol is beyond me. I am not on Armour...???But he

did give me a trail of Naturethroid 16.25mg once aday. Which I have

not taken yet because I feel I should finish thia yeast elimination

diet first...My cortisl salvia test where:

cortisol a.m. 5.7

cortisol p.m. 0.9

I think he is playing with my mind...Since he still wants me to have

the RAI test done to see if my thyroids are hot or cold.

I have nodules and goiter...So the ultra- sound read.

I ahve notice a small diffence in taking the adrenal rebuilder but

not enough to make a big differnce. Should I start dosing myself?

I am affraid that I may be taking way to many pills.

Vit 500mgs 3 times a day

B-complex 500mg.

vit D 2000IU

Calsium and mag. 500 mg. a day

Along with this Iodoral 12.50mg. once aday.

I am60 yrs old and post-manapausal.Any input would be great. C

With an AM cortils at 5.9 (I assume that is blood? Range to 23 or so?) I

would say you need HC. You could order Isocort which would hep or you

could also use OTC 1% HC cream as some here do. There is a ramp up

schedule in our files under How to Treat Adrenals.
