Psoriasis - How to lower HC pills when using HC cream?

The skin on my palms has started peeling off. I figured I could try

using HC cream on them, but how much should I lower my HC tablets

while using the cream?

I just started a new diet less than two weeks ago, and suddenly my

skin peels off. Shouldn't it do just the opposite? Some of the diet is

because of candida, which apparently also causes psoriasis, so

according to my logic it should also decrease skin problems. I don't

use any grains, rice or potatoe anymore, or anything with sugars

(carbohydrates).
