Guest guest
One more week off? Umm, hate to break this to you , but adrenal fatigue doesn't heal in a week. The only thing you should ease back into is walking. Overexercising and body building diets can CAUSE adrenal fatigue. Guest guest
, That is great you are feeling better! I am not able to read the posts as much as I would like to because my brain is in so much fog and I was in the hospital for fours days two weeks back from these docs telling me I am ok and I just have fibro and epstein barr, but not the case, I am very low in cortisol and most everything. I was able to go to the gym all the time five or six years ago. I am 37, and I am lucky I am not even joking, to get downstairs and eat or leave to go to an appt. or market. I am not overweight for 5/7 ,but I have no energy, and I get stressed from noise real quick. I was a total people person, and now I just want to be in alone most days and read etc.. I can have some noise like music or tv, but at the levels I can deal with. I do not know the extent of your adrenals. I do know we were testing the salivias around the same time if you are the same guy because you worked a late or night shift and were concerned about testing. The gym will always be their ,as difficult as it may be to no go, but ones health as we all know here can go down hill and it can be very hard to get it back to a functionbale level again. a > well,,,upon some wise advice I decided to take this week off from > lifting weights and cardio and I can feel the difference. Guest guest
yea,,,Im the one that works the overnight shifts. sorry to hear youre not feeling much better yet. according to the lab from diagnos tech it had me in stage 5 adrenal fatigue although in reality it looked more like stage 4 to me. I did seem to feel more energetic at work when I created this topic but upon waking up a few hours ago I feel like my usual crabby,,exhausted self. I guess Im just going to have to put off the gym for longer than just a couple weeks. I just paid over $500 for a new 1.5 yr membership. oh well,,,,I shouldnt complain too much,,,I seem to be one of the lucky ones,,,I do have enough energy to drag myself to work 5 nights a week so it could always be worse. I hope you get better soon. have you ever read that book, " from fatigued to fantastic " ? I just bought and am engrossed in it. Im only up to page 50. it mentions how a simple sugar called " D-ribose " is shown to help cfs patient greatly with energy. sounds a little far fetched but I guess it wouldnt hurt to try > > > well,,,upon some wise advice I decided to take this week off from > > lifting weights and cardio and I can feel the difference.
