Worried I am on 5 mg for too long, no ramp up

Hi, I posted recently and appears I have severe adrenal fatigue from

the saliva labs.

My doctor has me on 5mg per day of Cortef HC. She didn't say when I

get to up my dose, if ever. No word about another appointment even!

The pharmacist asked me if he should hold onto the extra HC he has,

'does she plan to have you on this for a while?' I had no idea.

When I look at the ramp up schedule in the Files, I feel like I'm

being strung along and will not get better. Staying on 5mg for even

two months or something would seem useless!
