This weight was on me before starting the BIHRT, Armour and Iodine and Cortisol. Thought by balancing all , it would take the weight off. Helena Helena, I am truly ignorant here, but what bhrt are you using? Could there be a culprit here? Have you done any research? Posted to any natural hormone groups? Isn't it true that P can cause weight gain? Also E, blocking thyroid might lead to weight gain? Again, I speak with no authority, just from what little I've gleaned, it seems worth checking into.
