Have you had your estradiol (total estrogen) and progesterone tested? That may

help you determine what you need or don't need. I know from experience, adding

in sex hormones can really upset the system further if you do not need them or

adding the wrong dosage can do the same thing. If you don't already have test

results of estrogen and progesterone, I would recommend getting that. It will

give you a baseline from which to evaluate your situation adn make an informed

diecision as to what you should do.

Ah well no doubt the doc will say I am ok, even though I know I aren't.

This is what is confusing me, I told the doc what I wanted it for and

this is the test he did, I suppose I should have specifically asked

for totals but I stupidly assumed he would know what I wanted when I

said I wanted to either supplement with estrogen cream or progesterone

cream.

So from this then we cannot tell at all? What is this test for anyway?
