Hi there,

Have been getting widely different BP measurements depending on how i

hold my arm when taking the measurement. So i am just wondering how do

you take your BP when standing up.

I notice when i do a standing BP measurement i get a much lower

reading if i just leave my arm free as opposed to when i have it

resting on a ledge. Which method is correct? as my BP drops about 10

points if i measure with arm hanging free.
