Guest guest Posted March 11, 2008 Report Share Posted March 11, 2008 I have been taking HC for a year now. I have always taken it first thing as I roll over in bed. Empty stomach for sure! Everyone said it would destroy my stomach, but it hasn't yet!!! Afterwards, I go and have my morning cup of coffee, and about 2 hrs later I start thinking about food.
