Guest guest
I am currently taking 3.5 grains Armour Thyroid and 20 mg Cortef. I had a total thyroidectomy years ago. I am hoping to up the Armour. I had upped Armour to 4 grains and started taking 2 drops of Lugol's iodine daily when I started feeling this " vibrating " in my body. Like a tremor but just inside not outside. My BP was up. I finally got a good home bp monitor. I stopped taking the iodine and lowered the armour a little. If bp continues to be good, going to try the iodine again. I wonder if maybe the bp meds, the iodine and increased armour did not go together? Hoping without the bp meds I will do much better. Val recommended the Celtic sea salt and potassium rich diet. I really think the celtic salt is what has done the trick. Just hope this continues. The lisinopril and hctz I was taking have so many side effects! Best wishes to you too! Lynn > > I'm so gl ad your BP is nice and low now. May I ask how much thyroid > and HC you are taking. Guest guest
Thank you so much for sharing that good info. Gives me hope and things to try, as I don't want to live on BP Med.
