Re: my tems are now 98.9and higher

Hi Val!

I am on 10,5,7.5 and 5mg of HC capsules. and restarted my thyroid, 1/2

gr. also, i am taking Iron 150 mg. I am taking salt water once a day,

sometimes twice. Before the thiroid , i had kind of nice tems for few

days, 98.3 averege,even early morning weren't that low . I have decided

to start thyroid again, even my doc from Kaiser won/t let me. So now i

have tems 98.9 and up...I have hashi's, but my atibodies not that

high. I have feeling that i still not geting enough of iron to my

system for some reason . Why tems is going high? Wht do you think? any

sagestions? Do i still need to continue to take thyroid? i am so

frastrated, i am on my own, my ND doesn't know much of that too. He

told me too, do not take thiroid.Thank you very much for your help.

With temps going that high I would stop thyroid. You may e getting a bit

of a thyroid dump from getting the cortisl up some.

For how long i should stay away from Thyroid? and what about HC, should

i still rumpe it up till my tems would be 98.6 or about stable? Thank

You would stay off thyrid till your temps come down, then restart at a lower

dose. During this you would hold the same Hc dose that you are on now as that is

the one thta is working ot get thyrid to the cells unless you have other

symptoms pof low cortisl and feel you need mroe.

Hi Val!

I am on HC 10 5 7.5 and 5mg. I have stoped thyroid since last

Tuesday....tems were ok all this days...Today my tems all over, in

early morning 97.6 at 2 pm 98.8 (I do have hashi's). I think i can't

get stable my tems bc of hashies not bc of thyroid dump? what do you

think? what i should do...so frastrated....

Temps are SUPPOSED to vary during each day. Thsi si not what we are

looking for with stable temps. What you need ot do is AVERAGE the three

temps and compare them from omne day to the next.
