I was on 50 HC, trying to decrease the last 10 days.

I will be Down to 40 this Sunday.

I've noticed a few things.

Can you tell me if these are normal?

AM temp jumps above 98.8.

Lower temps throughout the day.

They hover around 98.1.

Fatigue and bloated belly.

Usually within 2 hours after the HC but I was taking 15 first thing

now 10 but temps still high which I beleive is the normal pattern.

I plan to reduce to 30 and see what happens.

Thanks Val

I have decreased the HC to 30 (from 50)

Decreased the T3 from 125 to 75 yesterday but I'm very hypo today.

Is that a result of lowering the t3 or HC?

Should I stay at 100 T3 or raise the HC back to 35 or raise the

armour from 2 grains to 2.5.

You have told me based on saliva that my HC is actually high thats

the reason I am reducing.

Drastically reducing the HC wil make you feel a bit bad till your body can

adapt. I woul dgo back to 100mcg T3 and hld there for at least a week before

changing anything more. Give your body TIME to adapt to the lower HC is it

receiving, it doesn't adapt quickly liek this.
