Val,

You asked what stage of my cycle I was in. I'm 27 and no where near

menopause and I took the labs on the 19th day of my cycle. Does that

help any in interpreting these labs?

Estradiol 12 Luteal: 7-20 pg/ml

Progesterone 66 Luteal: 65-500 pg/ml

Free Cortisol Rhythm

> 7-8am result 4 (depressed) ref range 13-24

> 11-noon result 6 (normal) ref range 5-10

> 4-5 result 3 (normal) ref range 3-8

> 11-midnight result 1 (normal) ref range 1-4

OK I disagree with one part of their assessment. When they say " minimal cortisl

rythm " I think they are wrong. The only thing wrong with your cortisol rythm is

low AM levels. Your estrogen is LOW which does not indicate severely lwo cortisl

either. So while I think you ned some cortisol, I would be very cautious taking

MUCH .. I would try Isocort, 2-4 pellets in the AM to see if you can raise the

AM levels without supressing the noon levels more. You DO ned DHEA adn Estrogen

and progesterone.
