Hello, Val, I haven't paid that much attention to my lab values - other than

hormones - but am wondering now about the following levels, especially sodium

and potassium:

Glucose 86 65-99

Urea Nitrogen 16 7-25

Creatinine 0.97 0.50-1.20

EGFR NonAfrican 58L > or= 60

Bun Creatinine Ratio 16 6-22

Sodium 140 135-146

Potassium 4.2 3.5-5.3

Chloride 101 98-110

Carbon Dioxide 23 21-33

Calcium 10.0 8.6-10.2

Thank you for your input.

Pat

Thank's very much, Val.. I thought these labs might give some clue as to why BP

is so high. I imagine it's from being hypo, as I retain a lot of fluid.

Re: Non-hormone labs

They look fine to me, maybe a bit more seat salt which should also bring

up the potassium a bit too.

Fluid retention by itself si enough toi cause hugh BP. This is one of the ways

thet hypothyroid causes BP to rise.
