Guest guest
According to my " Cortisol Manager " supplement, Ashwaganda is categoriezed the " stress reducing " portion of the mix, while Magnolia is the " cortisol reducer " and then phosphatidylserine isn't listed under either of those labels and simple sits on its own line. So i would think taking Ashwaganda during the day is ok... i take it at night tho since i'm out of Cortisol Manager. I take a big squirt from a liquid. It does seem to calm me down! > > I take 1000mg with breakfast and 500mg with dinner per my NP. > Cheryl >

I've used this 'fatigued to fantastic' supplement and it's great. Definitely gave me a more restful sleep, if i woke up to go to bathroom i could fall asleep instantly again, and in the morning i wasn't groggy. Only needed 1 pill too.
