Chantelle,

The web site belongs to the CHARGE Syndrome Foundation, Inc.

You could list Neal Stanger as the Editor. I have added things to the

site also and other board members have made suggestions. The best I can

tell from emails that I have saved, we started the web site in 2002. If

you don't need to know today, I can check with Neal on the date.

Chantelle,

It also depends on what format the professor is looking for. If you look in

the " files " section, you will see a lit. review I did about Education &

CHARGE syndrome, at the end are pages and pages of references, including the

manual (but I don't think the web site). These are formatted in APA style

(American Psychological Association). If your prof/teacher is looking for

MLA, the references will look different. You can give me a shout off-list

if you like about this and I can help you through it.

Hugs,

Lis

Oops, just re-read that it is APA - my definitive APA site is the OWL at

Purdue university. You cannot go wrong there, I cross-reference all my

formatting/referencing/in-text citations with this site. Here is their web

site: http://owl.english.purdue.edu/owl/resource/560/01/

Just go down to the bottom; it's all listed there, click what you want.

There are samples and everything. It's fantastic!
