OK, my temps were stable a while back at about 97.8 and I raised thyroid.

It's hard for me tell which symptoms come from adrenal and thyroid and

which come from the crap they give me to treat my migraines and sleep

disorder, so I never know what to blame my symptoms on.

I have noticed that my moods are much more stable and I feel better

except for being tired still, which I blame mostly on my migraine and

sleep meds. However, my temps are still a little low, 98.1 on an

average, but my bp and heartrate are through the roof. I'm cold a lot

lately, which hasn't been a problem for years. One of my migraine

meds makes me naturally warmer feeling, so this is a bit strange.

I don't know what to do, I know if I talk to my migraine doctor he's

going to tell me I need to stop my thyroid meds and take bp meds. Do

I need more HC, more armour, less of everything? I'm now on HC 10, 5

2.5 2.5 2.5 and 5 3/4 grains of thyroid. I see the headache doc on

the 2nd of April and I would like to get rid of the nortriptyline but

I don't know what else they could give me for sleep that might be

better. I hated amitriptyline and I am terrified of ambien, so the

only things that are left are either narcotics or other stinking

antidepressants, which I hate.

The last time they gave me BP meds they gave me one that suppresses

thyroid function, so I really don't want to give them an excuse to do

that.
