Guest guest
Hi Val, there is some confusion in the other forum and I wanted to clarify. I understood that HC could lower DHEA if it's high but does not necessarily lower it more if it is already low. Am I wrong? Also, I understand why florinef lowers potassium if it is high, but does it lower potassium levels more if pot. is already normal to low? I'm speaking from a hypoP. viewpoint. Everything is so confusing right now.

Am I wrong?<< HC will help normalize DHEA but can usually help better if supplemental DHEA is added, especially in hypopit. >>Also, I understand why florinef lowers potassium if it is high, but does it lower potassium levels more if pot. is already normal to low? << When potassiu is low WITH low sodium it is often because the body is deliberately losing potassium to try ot keep the balance of sodium an potassium which is critical to life. Potassium should be m monitored if it si lwo when starting Florinef as before the body can replenish when the sodoium rises from Florinef it could hit an imbalance there and become too low.
