Guest guest
Hi everyone,i have not been on here in quite a while, but i've been having a problem these last few days that have begun to become concerning. I have been having heartburn(indigestion) along with chest wall pain, and feeling nuauseous at times, also shivering (cold) i finally decided to check my body temp which was 96.8,what can i do in the mean time to help level things off a bit till i see my doc on monday? I am currently jst using vitc 100mg 3 x daily, milk thistle, zinc 50mgs,and 300mg of adrenal cortex extract. I am taking a break from chelating 25mg of ala,and 25mg of dmsa. I have never been on thyroid meds.thanks in advance.
Guest guest
Chelating with weak adrenals is asking for trouble! I would stop that entirely until your adrenals are in better shape. It is most liekly the ACE causing the tummy problems do you eat wiht each dose of it? How are you dosing it? If all at once you might try splitting the dose into 3 doses if you can. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
Guest guest
>>I am taking meds with food,i am currently not chelating,i was doing relatively well up until these last few days, the ace is one 300mg pill i take with a meal once in the morning. i have just been shivery and cold today along with no appetite and chestwall pain and heartburn.<< Then I would stop this med and ask your doctor about another kind of adrenal support. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/

Guest guest
If it were me, I'd add at the beginning of the day. Moderator Nick's website recommends adding a dose increase to the morning dose first. More info here: http://www.thyroid-rt3.com/dosing.htm > > I had been taking 25, 25, 18, 25mcg cynomel. I switched to 18, 18, 18, 18, 18 mcg hoping that it would be easier on the adrenals. If I want to increase, should I add 6mcg to the end of the day or the beginning? >
