Guest guest
I am supplementing to increase the Ferratin (up form 26 last time....still a ways to go). My T4 is in the upper 1/3 of the range! I do feel ok as far as not feeling hyper with my TSH low and T3 higher than the normal range. My Cortisol is still too low though, a little better than before but still needing improvement. I will continue to take Isocort and discuss changing to hydrocortisone with the doc today. My estrogen is still too high, presumably in response to having low cortisol. I am also supplementing with I-3-C at night to try and bring that down as well as omega 3 oils, and ground flax-seed in the am. I am supplementing with bio-identical progesterone. The doc previously mentioned using a higher dosage with me. I talked him into a 3 mth trial of a lower dose. Maybe we should try the higher dose for a few months to see). Any thoughts on the numbers below? I have an appointment this afternoon, but would appreciate any input you wise people have as so much of this is still a mystery to me. I also know that jsut because the numbers fall " in range " does not mean they are good. Thank you!
