my 24 hr. urine cortisol labe results...

I did this test (urine) while on 12.5 mg Cortef. Do these results mean

anything?...

Total Volume 1678 no range given

Cortisol, urine 36.6 range (4.0-50.0)

Creatine urine 1.58 range (.63-2.50)

Also, Here is the only thyroid results I have, collected around the same date as

the Cortisol

test...

TSH 1.42 range (.40-4.50)

Based on these results, what dose of Armour should actually begin to help me?

30 mg? 45?

I am not good with urine cortios testing as I rarely see it. But this looks low

to me still.

You cannot base treat ment on the test it is based on your response to thyroid

hormones which varies from one person to the next. Most people need 3-5 grains

of Armoru a day that would be 180-300mg daily.
