colds, pupillary reflex, and stress dosing

Hi Val, a couple more questions -- sometimes I feel like I've got this all

figured out and

sometimes I am so confused.

Is a bit of nasal congestion with no other sings of sickness reason to stress

dose?

Is an unstable pupillary reflex even when BP raises in standing sufficient

reason to suspect

low cortisol as a reason for waking up in the middle of the night? (my heart's

OK, I don't

feel panicked just irritatingly alert.)

Thank you --

Lia

No I would not unless it actually progressed to an infection.

NO the pupils actually are more of a symptoms of low sodium, I would increase

sea salt particularly taking a large glass of sea salted water at bedtime.
