Guest guest
Hi Val, a couple more questions -- sometimes I feel like I've got this all figured out and sometimes I am so confused. Is a bit of nasal congestion with no other sings of sickness reason to stress dose? Is an unstable pupillary reflex even when BP raises in standing sufficient reason to suspect low cortisol as a reason for waking up in the middle of the night? (my heart's OK, I don't feel panicked just irritatingly alert.) Thank you -- Lia
