Guest guest
I don't recomend everyone do what I have to do, because I must really have an odd metabolism but I take 24 mg a night most nights. Yes, 24 mgs. I also take a sedating antidepressant called Surmontil. and lots of tryptophan too, all at the same time! It takes that much stuff to allow me to get enough sleep to avoid migraine head aches. I do have central and obstructive sleep apnea, and it has been found the apnea happens during REM sleep. For decades, before going on a CPAP machine and taking Surmontil which helps REM sleep I was severely REM sleep deprived and in terrible shape emotionaly and having 24/7 migraines. That and my high mercury levels no doubt are why my adrenals and thyroid gland wore out. I lived with exhaustion all the time and could not even get anyone to believe me.
