I was told to do it on a stressful day, but to be honest I dont have stressful days anymore because they wipe me out and I have managed to have create a very simple stress free life. Im am starting work again soon, so the stress will return soon enough. my results are as follows salivary cortisol 8.00am 23 (12 to 33) 12 noon 10 (10.0 to 28.0 4.00pm 5.4 (6.0 TO 11.8 MIDNIGHT 1.9 (1.0 TO 5.0 SALIVARY DHEA SULPHATE 8.00AM 20.1 (8.0 to 24.0 12noon 12.4 (5.0 to 10.8) 4.00pm 7.8 (3.5 to 7.5) midnight 7.4 (2.0 to 5.0 I would appreciate any advice especially on maybe if I need to take anything to support them. I did start taking NAE last week. Im on two tablets at the moment. But Im not sure how many im surposed to increase them too. Do I have mild adrenal Issues?
