How wonderful to have good news!! I had to smile at the vision of JD

sitting up all day long til he fell asleep there :-) Aubrie also could sit

when put there but not get herself down. So she would sit til either she

fell or one of us got her. I don't recall her ever making it that long

without falling though!

I hope your trip to the zoo is fabulous. We used to live in Runaway Bay, TX

- near Bridgeport north of Dallas/Ft Worth -- and took to the zoo.

Very nice!

Weird, so you never really got a clear cause? That has happen with Meg a

couple of times. It bothers me.

When are you doing the zoo??? Have fun and squeeze the kiddos for me!

-- JD coming home

JD is coming home today. He had a great day yesterday. For two months we

have

been working with JD on sitting up unsupported. Yesterday, he sat up all day

without support. He played with his toys and throwing them over the bed,

making all of the nurses pick them up. I brought Olivia up to see him and

they

played together for about an hour. By 7:30, JD was still sitting up, but

with his

eyes closed. Nurses thought that was funny and helped him lay back down. He

slept all night long with no problems.

We got orders from the doctors that JD get be off the vent for 30 mins 3

times a day (we have actually done this for 2 hours, but who is telling. In

a

couple of weeks JD got permission to go to the Ft. Worth Zoo (good weather

only),

Gotta let the husband in on this trip too.

JD is going to have another MRI done on his head and neck for the nose

surgery at the end of June, so maybe we can go ahead and have the surgery as

soon as

possible before school starts back up.

That is all the good news I have for right now.

Thanks for your prayers

him sitting and sleeping at the sametime...LOL!! Keep up the great

work and hope the zoo trip works out.
