Going to dentist~any tips?

Last time I went to the dentist I had a full blown panic attack. This

was before HC, so I am hoping that will help. But since I am already

anxious about it, I am worried about having another panic attack.

I will have to get dental work done. I already know to ask for them to

cover my thyroid while taking xrays. I also know to ask for novacaine

without epinephrine. Anything else I am missing?
