Guest guest
JD is coming home today. He had a great day yesterday. For two months we have been working with JD on sitting up unsupported. Yesterday, he sat up all day without support. He played with his toys and throwing them over the bed, making all of the nurses pick them up. I brought Olivia up to see him and they played together for about an hour. By 7:30, JD was still sitting up, but with his eyes closed. Nurses thought that was funny and helped him lay back down. He slept all night long with no problems. We got orders from the doctors that JD get be off the vent for 30 mins 3 times a day (we have actually done this for 2 hours, but who is telling. In a couple of weeks JD got permission to go to the Ft. Worth Zoo (good weather only), Gotta let the husband in on this trip too. JD is going to have another MRI done on his head and neck for the nose surgery at the end of June, so maybe we can go ahead and have the surgery as soon as possible before school starts back up. That is all the good news I have for right now. Thanks for your prayers ************************************** See what's free at http://www.aol.com.
