We usually do nto get saliva labs done but the ONE time as once on HC or

any cortisl replacement it si VERY hard to come off it for the requireed

2 weeks to retest. You pretty well have to have adrenals well on the way

to healed before you are able to stop HC and you MUST stop it for

accurate testing.

Basically treatment can last 2 months to forever. Some adrenals do not

heal! BU the best most common I think is 1-2 years. The main thing is to

get thyroid optimal and this can take some doing with really weak

adrneals, once thyroid is optimal the adr4nals CAN heal.
