Guest guest
Hi Val Right well I've just been to the doctor's for the results of a random glucose test among others (incl. a thyroid test ha ha which of course was normal) and everything was normal. Now the last couple of weeks I've been having increased urination, bit of a dry mouth, some numbness in my feet and hands and a bit of groin rash. All I would have thought blood sugar problems. Not currently on any thyroid/adrenal meds but will be going on cortef soon. My saliva labs from last year showed as follows: Insulin Fasting....<3 (3-12) Post-prandial....<3 (5-20) depressed Is it possible for doctors' blood sugar tests to be as misleading as the ones for thyroid that they run? Because I seriously believe I'm developing problems in this area and I know you yourself use insulin. What is your experience of this? I know you don't have a very high opinion of most doctors. In the meantime I'm going to get myself a glucose meter and will be interested what that will say. Thanks
