More Testing Questions..Is Disneyland The Day Before OK??

I am thinking of going to Disneyland the day before I test. It will be

a weekday so not that crowded, but I wanna know if it's ok, or will it

mess up my testing somehow? Also, I spoke with ZRT and she said it's

ok to take my T3 on testing day. Just to take my first vial, then take

my T3. Is this right? I know the bloodspot I will do before I take

the T3, but will taking the thyroid meds alter the other 3 vials

throughout the day?

And is there any foods or stuff I should avoid during testing?

I can tell you that when I have been to ANY theme park, I sleep for

about 12 hours the next day. And that was BEFORE I had adrenal fatigue!
