Guest guest
Val...if someone goes beyond their perfect HC dose, what would they feel? Let's say I'm on 20 mg of HC, and without changing my t3 dose, say I raise the HC and theoretically go beyond my sweet spot. What would I feel, if anything. And if one is beyond their perfect dose, would the t3 still enter the cells? For the t3 to enter the cells, does the HC have to be at one certain spot always? I know if hc is too low, the t3 doesn't get in. But does it get in when HC is too high....even if just a little bit too high? Get what I'm asking? I don't know how to word my confustion! Thanks, Naffy
Guest guest
I'm sort of confused lately, because I do not notice any difference on how I feel as high as 32.5 mg of HC and at 20 mg of HC. For months I was near the 30 range and then when I decided to wean down, I stayed at 20 mg. I feel no differently....am going mostly by temps. Maybe there was adrenal healing, and I no longer need that high dose? Thanks Val, Naffy > > >>Val...if someone goes beyond their perfect HC dose, what would they > feel? High cortisol blocks conversion of T4 to T3 but it must be quite high before this happens. > > >>For the t3 to enter the cells, does the HC have to be at one certain > spot always?
