Guest guest
Aldosterone: 6 (4-30) L Na (139)L Renin: 1.3 (3-24)L K (3.6)L With both being low it indicates you are secondary adrenal insufficient. In other words the pituitary is not sending out the right signals for the hormones you need. I would start the Florinef WITH HC and start with 1/4 tab and increase by 1/4 tab every 10 days. You may also need to eat high potassium foods as you add this as well as sea salt. This will help both sodium and potassium to come up together so you do nto create an imbalance. The Florinef should help the cortiosl you take to work better for you and you may or may not need less HC. For some it does reduce the HC need others not. -- Artistic Grooming- Hurricane WV http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/NaturalThyroidHormonesADRENALS/ http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/RT3_T3/
