Guest guest
I'm glad I'm not the only one with this dilemma! I feel like such an addict, getting a debilitating headache just from going one day without coffee. Seriously I was stuck in bed for several hours this afternoon. I broke down and got a cup of decaf, which I know still has a bit of caffeine. Still have the headache, but it's better, and tomorrow I can drink coffee no problem! For those of you in treatment for your adrenal fatigue, have you had to quit coffee all together? I know that they say coffee is really bad for the adrenals. I just cannot imagine quitting it! > > > > I htink either Ibuprophen or aspirin would be fine. Guest guest
I would agree. I work for an Italian company and we have an excellent decaf espresso. it is very nice! i think the make is bian'caffe and it is sold in little foil wraps which you place in the espresso machine. i would recommend to anyone that has written off decaf. i wouldn't listen to those coffee-fascists that give out about decaf not being real coffee. most of them probably couldn't tell the difference. paul
