Weightgain-HELP!

Hello:

I am so unhappy with the weight gain, I am at wits end. I am on Armour 2

grains, Bio Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy, and OTC HC cream. I have

been going for Physical Therapy for Core strengthening exercises-nothing

stressful. I have ballooned form 152 to 199 and cannot move a pound off my

5'8 "

frame. I am not happy, and this is starting to depress me, as I am thinking

this is it, this is what is going to be. I feel horrible because of the

weight. My self esteem is starting to be non existent.

Anyone have any suggestions........

I am truly ignorant here, but what bhrt are you using? Could there

be a culprit here? Have you done any research? Posted to any

natural hormone groups? Isn't it true that P can cause weight gain?

Also E, blocking thyroid might lead to weight gain?

Again, I speak with no authority, just from what little I've gleaned,

it seems worth checking into.
