I just checked another about 2 1/2 hours after a meal of rice noodles with chicken and 1/2 hour after a snack of a few apple slices with almond butter and it's 130. Is that normal or something to be alarmed about? << Your fasting numbers are excellent. 130 two hours after eating the carbs you ate is not bad t all as 2 hours is abotu peak for glucose.
