Guest guest
Oh my goodness, ya, this was me. except my isomnia (an average of 1-3 hours sleep/night) was for 6 months pre-medicine. No, I found exercise did NOT help. Seriously. (others may say opposite.) I was an athlete. Even going on an easy ride or fast walk, would " wire " me more. I'd listen to Val re: temps. when thyroid and TSH levels are subclinical, nobody (meaning doctors) will really pay attention to you. they'll send you on your way with a little brown bag filled with Ambien, Rozerum, Lunesta, etc. Undobutably if this goes on untreated, those levels will change anyway. Its just a matter of time. and by the " time " any MD wakes up, you've probably done more damage to the endocrine system and need a longer time recovering. The sleep deprivation will make you psychotic. I had it so bad, 3 mg of Ativan didn't touch me. I thought i was losing my mind. I still have trouble regulating my temp, but not as severely anymore since being on Isocort (along with plethora of other stuff) for adrenals... > > I've seen the threads on insomnia and though there is good info, my > situation is a little different. Guest guest
Thanks Wild Dingo! You've just saved me from being further wired! > Oh my goodness, > ya, this was me. except my isomnia (an average of 1-3 hours > sleep/night) was for 6 months pre-medicine.
