Guest guest Posted March 15, 2008 Report Share Posted March 15, 2008 Hello all! I'd like to ask just to be sure... Do people take YEARS of 30-40MG HC?? Then wean if wean? If one has low cortisol, the HC, say 35mg will patch it and maybe over just a tad if at all... and versus if one has normal/good cortisol and if add 35mg HC it means 35mg on top of the own cortisol (with some suppression of own maybe?) so that would mean side-effects? It's also been comforting to read Peatfield's book... he says body produces 40-60mg cortisol normally/resting state. His book does make sense for what I've read.
