Guest guest
Val, I was the one who was taking T3 before my Cortisol. I take T3 @ 6:00 a.m. and Cortisol with breakfast @ 7:00. I tried to switch, but felt hypo when I did. Maybe because it was being absorbed differently. Is this critical to do; taking the Cortisol first? My Rx says just with breakfast. I take everything so early because I leave by 7:15 and I want to fit all the supplements in by noon. I will find a way to switch it if it is crucial, but it is not convient at all. How long do you wait after you eat to take your thyroid meds? I am bad about shoving things in my mouth all day long. It is weird to look at the clock and make sure I can eat. This morning I felt the adrenanline rush before taking the Cortisol and I know you said that is not good. So maybe I need to switch the T3 and Cortisol around. Thank you!!
