How low is your Ferritin? I would suspect you simply need mroe Armour

but ferritin levels can be vey important in utilizing thyroid hormones.

very - 26 last time i checked. It seems so hard to get them up.

That being said, my mood is great and i am no longer retaining

water - i lost a couple lbs.

How quickly can i raise from 30mg. Did i 'downgrade' the dosage or

start too low since i was coming from the 50mcg T4?
